Private Messages

Is there a way to have the PM's that I receive come in the form of an email to my email address automatically?

I dont mean sfers sending me an email as an alternate option to a PM. and i dont mean getting an email notification that i received a private message.

something configured so i can do everything via email, but it will be shown in my Private messages when i go there.


When i am at home or on the weekend, it gets very tiresome trying to reload the PM page on my blackberry browser all the time.

That sounds like a good idea, so you don't have to log into the forum to access your private messages. I've never been on a forum that ever offered that option.

User CP -> Edit Options -> under heading Messaging and Notification tick 'Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages'

You can send email via styleforum. Look at the option right above "send private message" on someone's user profile. You have to allow this in your user cp though.
