I purchased a Loro Piana tweed blazer on Saturday, and I'm thinking that the price might be further reduced come tomorrow (which is when it's rumored that Last Call starts, btw.)

I think it depends on whether you have a salesperson you work with on a consistent basis. Mine sent me a Brioni suit last week and informed me that he could return/re-sell once Last Call began. I don't think they do price adjustments as a practice though on sale merchandise.

what is going to be the next discount? Usually, it's 50%.

This year most items at my local store are 25% off retail with a further 25% reduction, I was told when Last Call begins it will be a straight 50% off retail, so not a huge difference and I picked up the items I really wanted.
