I would have to agree with everyone else, leave the president alone so he can work. If you have an issue in a store speak with the manager, if the issue was with the manager speak with the regional or division manager. Or, just don't worry about it and move on.
You honestly think the company would rather not receive a letter and instead lose a customer?
Hell the company can always send a form letter back.

How much effort does that take? How much effort to get a customer to replace the OP?
