I heard that the president/ceo of AE was a member on this site or on another site. I am looking to get in contact with him. Could some please provide me with his username or e-mail. I had a very odd experience at a local AE today.

Well, Allen Edmonds is a mid-sized company with around 600 employees. I think it is fair game to contact the "President & CEO" of a company of this size regarding issues in one of the company-owned stores. Also, if he joins a forum like AAAC or SF to promote his products personally, he (or his ghostwriter) should also expect to be addressed by customers when issues with products or service arise.

Wow, so your situation is so egregious you need to contact the CEO directly?

Isn't this why they have customer service departments?

If you really must do this, I suggest writing a letter directly to the company addressed to him. Usually has more impact.

The company hires people to specifically handle complaints, why not talk to them first instead of wasting the CEO's time?

Sending an email directly to the president of AE about an odd experience? I'd advise against escalating it that quickly. After all, does this man look like someone you want to bother with something petty?
