Well I'm in the market for a decent messenger bag (something to carry laptop / books in), and I was looking around on eBay and found this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....y=52361 $150 for a Prada bag? That seems a little bit too good of a deal to me. Does anyone have an eye for this sort of thing? .
That kind of turns me off, but I just thought I would check up with you guys to see if there was anything else to investigate. He has a solid feedback record, but then again, sometimes people will leave pos feedback even if they get fake items

If they offer a money back guarantee of authenticity and ask you to write if you have any concerns I'd write and ask.

There is a lot of Prada stuff out there these days that is not anything 'special' - not knocking Prada at all, merely making the point that a nylon (microfibre) messenger bag for $150 doesn't seem too good to be true. Any idea what typical retail is on these? I'd be more skeptical if they are selling current season stuff for halfprice, Prada retailers would have kittens.

Good point. I'm not sure on the retail value of it, but other eBayers claim about $650 retail on Prada denim/leather bags.

The retail on that can't be much more than $300. It's a flat messenger. There's not that much to it. The bigger, more detailed microfibre Prada messengers get up into the $600 range.
