I've suffered from bad posture my entire life. I have sort of a resevoir dogs hunch. My head is forward and I hold my shoulders high. My shoulders are internally rotated. No matter how good of shape I've gotten myself into or how well my clothes fit, the bad posture remains. I bought a device called the shouldersback off ebay on a whim and I've been extremely impressed so far. The straps are a little uncomfortable, but I wear it under my dress shirt and it keeps my posture perfect all day. It's not noticeable.

I'm standing up straighter and more importantly not hunching at my desk. After a month or so I think my muscles will be retrained correctly. Does anyone else have any experience with these types of products? I'm pretty amazed. THis combined with lifting weights to strengthen my back my finally fix my problem.
