No, I like greek yogurt. It has very little fat (at least the kinds I usually eat) and doesn't feel like a layer of slime in my mouth.

Well, I did assume it would be the worst thing possible for you but I was curious as the mouthfeel is somewhat different. And we are talking about personal tastes here, so contradictions are common.
