You can just use egg whites. Low quantity of fat... I just don't like mayo that much.

I also don't care for mayo. The texture and mouthfeel gross me out.

No, I like greek yogurt. It has very little fat (at least the kinds I usually eat) and doesn't feel like a layer of slime in my mouth.

I like Skyr even more.

I eat all of these foods but I am just not like OMG LET ME BATHE IN MAYO.

Try an aioli. The garlic is great for circulation.
