Hmmm, I will eat sweetbreads, tripe, foie, and other offal, or even balut, so I guess I would eat that pink meat soft-serve as long as it was properly prepared by KWilk, probably grenobloise.

Yo, put some golden breading on that and toss them in the fryer and you have yourself some delicious value meal protein. I get BBQ and Sweet 'n' Sour sauce for double the flavor pleasure.

And explains why I saw that sign on the McD today that says $4.99 for 20 nuggets when I was getting gas.

That's like a pound of meat soft-serve!

I think nuggets are actually whole pieces of breast meat since like 2000. They're advertised as "real white meat"... but I don't know what that really means.

Its mechanically separated meat held together with phosphates and chicken skin. Its then bathed in ammonia to get rid of the swarms of bacteria that are there. Its then formed into "chicken" products for food companies e.g. McNuggets and chicken patties

WTF is with that kid's hair at 3:06, did the McNuggets make the hair on the sides fall off?

I thought to be eco-green-friendly, we should be using as much of a product as possible with little to no waste, so it's cool to grind up the left over bits and skin to turn into food.

The cardboard is probably the most nutritional object in that picture.

I want to print "**** Alice Waters" bumper stickers and tee-shirts. In this area it would be more subversive/divisive than coming out as a Nazi or shooting a cop.

This is incorrect. McDonald's offers two selections. One is "McNuggets" which would be made from the soft serve looking stuff, and they offer "Chicken Selects" which are made from real chicken tenders.
