1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I was just in APC on Saturday and I didn't notice the back pocket stitching on the jeans. Is that on all their new jeans? Not sure if I'm a fan.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I got it at the APC outlet store.

\t The regular store in Paris is on 3 & 4 rue des fleurus 75006, a few blocks away (4 minutes walking) is the APC Surplus, 45 rue madame 76006.

5EP after two washes. That is a perfect representation of the actual color.

^ More pics, Brian! Does 5EP fade this well, or is this a one off thing?

    Brian-

Great pic, seconded on the exact colour.
A testament to 5ep quality is that my dark worns have a VERY similar distressing pattern and exact colour.
I love the greenish tinge to the fade.

just got a pair of old nom de guerre raw selvedge jeans on ebay that had an initial wash. i had them altered to be more slimming (took them in an inch and a half in); so the selvedge is about 3 inches now. they were 10.3 inches at the leg opening and they are now 8 3/4s or so.

the jeans are around 14 oz's and the denim is pretty slubby. more reminicent of sugarcane denim than apc raw denim, which is what the current jeans are like. excellent jeans.

Took them in? You had the outseam tailored? Or did you just have the leg opening narrowed?
