What we've got here is a 100% Cashmere Sport Coat made for Giorgio of Beverly Hills. I have reason to believe it's by Belvest. (Evidence: the "Pure Cashmere" tag is the same one they use, a search of the forums reveals that Giorgio's SCs were made by Belvest and Brioni, and the font on the lining seems to be the same one Belvest uses on theirs.) But I make no guarantees.

It doesn't really matter who made this, though. It's obviously quality. Beautiful fabric.

It passes the pinch test, so it appears to be fully canvassed. Side vents.

Tagged a 52R EU (so 42R US), it appears to be closer to a 40R.

MEASUREMENTS
Shoulder to shoulder: 18"
Pit to pit: 21.5"
Sleeves from shoulders: 26" (no fabric left to let out)
Length from bottom of collar: Just over 30"

Great condition. I did have the sleeves let out by my tailor (in a desperate attempt to make this fit me), and if you look *very* closely, you can see where the buttons were moved. But overall: very, very nice.

I'd prefer to trade this, but I'm willing to sell it if someone really wants it. You pay shipping.

I'm looking for 38-40L SCs and suits with shoulder-to-shoulder 17.5-18", pit to pit around 21", 26" sleeves. Also, slim-fitting shirts with 15.5-16" necks and 35" sleeves or pants around 33x34.

I think I may want this, I want to triple check my shoulder measurements though. Just showing interest

OK, someone messaged me ahead of you and I've promised it to them, but drop me a PM anyway on the off chance that doesn't work out. (Assuming, of course, that the shoulders would work for you.)
