Possible leads on Clothing Manufacturers in the USA

I'm trying to see how much it would cost to have some made in the USA polos made. Possibly trying to see if I could launch my own brand.....be ready

So, your plan is to make polos? How original! No body is making polos yet, I bet you could make a killing.

Btw, theres no such thing as a "clothing manufacturer", and if that says anything about what you know about the schmatta business, turn back now. If you want a less painful way to lose your money, just burn it.

Wow, you're stupid. I'm obviously not going to tell you my entire idea. How is there no such thing as a place that has a bunch of people sewing together garments? I know I'll have to source from various wholesalers...

That's what this whole ******* forum is about. I'm asking a question. My target market isn't anything your even thinking of. Do you have anything constructive to add? Like whom might make samples for start ups? You seem to be somewhat knowledgeable and I'd appreciate some direction.
