With Jantzen, there is always a possible problem. Shouldn't you know this by now?

Jantzen has problems from time to time, but if you search on Turnbull and Asser here or at AAAC, you'll see that their customers get to ******** too on much more expensive shirts.

I have never had an issue that wasnt resolved with a call to Ricky

Ordered 6/22/08
Out of stock mail sent: 6/25/08
Called 7/5/08 - Told me the shirts will be here the next week
7/12/08 - no shirts
Called again 7/20/08 - Again, told shirts will be here the next week
7/25/08 - No shirts
7/29/08 - E-mail sent again to ask about shirt order
8/5/08 - still waiting for response

Will probably try to call today. My concern lies in the fact that my first 2 orders were sent to me within 2-3 weeks tops. I never expected to wait well over one month for these shirts considering the recent threads stating: "reliable at last". The kicker is that they already charged my credit card!

There has to be a better way......

Ricky just charged me for a pending order - it is unlike him, but I am not worried yet.

So I ordered my first Jantzen shirt a few weeks ago (charged on the 24th), put down an address and realized it wasnt going to be sent until after I moved. I promptly emailed Ricky to inform him of the address change. Its been a few weeks and I haven't heard back from him, so I my girlfriend (who speaks cantonese) calls and tells me the people at the store were completely rude to her. Just kept saying yes yes yes, and she didnt even provide them with a name or a reference number so they were saying yes to nothing....and then they just hung up.

I can't remember her name, but ask to speak to the young girl that works there or ricky himself. Everyone else... they just seemed rushed to do anything.

That being said they did get my shirts to me in one day while I was there in store.

OK, it's possible I have this all screwed up.

Which one is Ricky? Is Ricky the queenish looking one who is always wearing silk shirts unbuttoned to the navel and slouching around in sandals?

Or is Ricky the one guy in there who looks professional and over 40?

Everyone else is like 25 and under.

Oh. Whoops. I assumed he was the queen. In that case, I unfairly maligned him in an earlier posting.

My bad.
