Porter's stuff is really well made and they use top notch materials. You have to see one in person to see why a bag made with ballistic nylon is so expensive. That said, they're much cheaper in Japan than anywhere overseas...

I, too, have the Shorthauler in black. Well made and works well for an overnight trip, etc.

What kind of bike is that? [IMG]

Moreover, where does one purchase such a handy rear rack with a bag clip? I've been making due with a front basket for my briefcase, but it looks both juvenile and effeminate. [IMG]

    I have the black tote.

It's aight but just really really really plain. A little TOO plain when compared to some of the other Porter bags I've seen with nicer details.

This bag would be much nicer in navy blue.

I have the Porter x Monocle shoulder bag that I bought off someone here...I walk to work, sans laptop now, so it suits my needs to a T. Very rugged.

Bike is the Schwinn Coffee. I'm convinced that a Leica can make anything look cooler than it really is (not to say it isn't a nice ride).

I have the Baby Boston and as mentioned above it is the perfect overnight bag. I actually quite like the olive colour much more than the black. A little overpriced yes but great quality.

    Nice bag, cool bike too.

Gotta be honest: I'm more interested in PG's bike than the bag.
