Last week I roasted a pork shoulder with bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper, and a lot of garlic. After eating the leftovers, I took the bones and a few scraps of meat and simmered them for most of a day. Now I have 2 or 3 cups of garlicy pork stock; what should I do with it?

See if you can find pork chop recipe from Jasper White. He used to have a dish with porkchops and clams that needed porkbroth and was excellent

That's just wrong man. Wrong. But, there are many noodle dishes using pork stock, with most eaten with some type of egg noodles. You can turn a regular pork stock into an Asian-type stock with just a few simple ingredients such as ginger, shallots, scallion, and soy sauce.
