I’ve got one of those as well and have been really happy with mine. I like the color of yours and that was on my initial “want list” but was unavailable when I was shopping.

I think a couple of posters in this thread have some Synchron watches. I received an email from them today with a new throwback release. I'm not in the market for this at the moment, but I do like what they do, along with Aquastar. Pre-order price is $990, regular price is $1,290.

I was in a meeting this morning when the email came through and was trying to order it from my phone but their servers were overloaded so I made up an excuse to leave the meeting and go back to my office and use my computer. That seemed to do the trick because my order went through right away that time.

I already have the PVD version of the first release but I had really wanted the stainless version. I have a feeling that when this one arrives I’ll be selling off the PVD version, though that one does have a nice creamy dial…

This one didn't appeal to me for some reason. I still have my military and enjoy it, so I passed. Now, if someone issued the military in the Doxa 300 case on a bracelet, I'd be all in and making excuses to leave a meeting to order as well. The Doxa 300 on a bracelet is one of my all-time favorites.

But I am 90% sure I'm going to place an order for a Stowa Marine Handwind 36. I've had a Stowa Marine Original for 8 years now and really need to sell it because it's a tweener watch for me that never gets worn. Too dressy on a croc strap to wear when I'm weekend casual and too huge to wear when dressing up. I'm hoping my complaints about the Marine Original (41 mm case, stark white dial, wears like it is 44mm, etc.) will be solved in the smaller size.

Seiko Service Center turned my Shogun around in a couple of days. It was on my wrist again 10-14 days after I shipped it. Pretty sure they dropped a new movement in and called it a day.
