I've never liked internal bezels. Not really sure why.

Seriouswatches is a great watch site based in the Netherlands. They have a small selection of pre-owned watches. This Helson came up and I jumped on it immediately. It arrived in three days with free shipping and incredibly well packed. Very pleased with it. View attachment 1931029 View attachment 1931037

I’ve got a couple different Helson Skindivers. I love them all!

watch straps.JPG

Shoutout to medium priced watch straps (the black one). Marathon was very proud of their rubber strap to the tune of charging $150 for it, if you buy it separately, but it's too stiff and at 18mm the sharp edge was literally making my hand go numb on runs or in certain positions. Surprisingly hard to find a real rubber strap anywhere since everyone has switched to silicone, like the Withings on the left. But that's the second Withings strap in 3 years because while silicone is soft it's also fragile and can rip out the pin holes. got a local watch repair shop to order me in a Hirsch Pure strap which is both very soft and claims to be real rubber. So we'll see how this durability experiment goes. So far, worth the $80

Watch Gecko has a really nice Zulu FKM rubber strap. I also like the Biwi strap. Those are two of the best I've found.
