Let's all write to Seiko to pick up the blue spark again. Btw, is it automatic or hand-wound?

It's automatic and I completely agree with you. I'm on the lookout for one. In the meantime, I make do with my poor man's versiont:

Most of these qualify for inclusion in this thread.

Firstly, thanks Kaplan for identifying the watch for me and yes, that is plan dumb of them to discontinue something as classy and nice looking as that! I will be on the look out for this model and hopefully i can find one.. I'm just totally in love with it now and i cannot not have it after seeing it..... [IMG]

Easily one of my favorite "poor man's" watches. Really disappointed it isn't around any longer too. Very difficult to find, especially at a reasonable price :(

It's the SNX111, no? Do you know if there's a version sold directly with a leather band?

I haven't browsed the thread in its entirety, but has anyone posted any from the Longines Master Collection?

^That's more of the watch porn thread territory but I bought my father the bi-compax one last year and he loves it.

Lots of Weekender love in this thread. How about one next to an Air-King?

Hey freethrowdunk! The last picture on the Longines look pretty good. Do you have the model number and a rough estimate on the price? damn... my wishlist just gets longer and longer

I must have missed that post (probably because I am lazy and only look at pictures when I am catching up on threads in a hurry...and I know I was out of town when it was posted) but that is pretty sweet

I've done far too much shopping recently, but that is on my list of things to consider in the future
