Looks like another chinese parts European assembled stuff. I'd avoid and wait until Seiko's Basel releases. Now is the worst time to buy watches.

Looks good, but that is steep for a Deep Blue competitor with a Seiko turtle look...

You should buy Crepas watches for the name alone. 100 years from now people are going to kill for Crepas. I feel that life is so empty we must consume more random crap to add to World's landfills.

I love random crap. You see what happened when the stuff is deemed too expensive so they must always buy common stuff with percieved decent resale over in that appreciation thread. At least the new comer have balls and brought interesting pieces.

As far as microbrands in that range go, Crepas are usually pretty well thought of over on WUS and they have a few designs I really like, especially the Tornado and the Cayman and the Decomaster. If you are a flipper, I've noticed that they usually don't last long on the secondhand market.

One thing I will note is that, IIRC, some of their models are manufactured or assembled in China, some in Spain, and some in Switzerland so if that stuff is important to you, make sure you do your homework.

It is a used watch from 1996, so nothing is being added to the heap of trash.
