1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

If it's your first dress watch, my vote goes to the Tissot. Nice and clean (although not a fan of the logo).

Google the serial number on the back case and you'll find out.

Put a blue croc strap on my blue spark. Watchmakers kept telling me to just buy a new watch when I called asking for a quote to service it since it was running fast (20 min per hour). Finally got it fixed and I'm loving it. Holds a lot of sentimental value for me since my wife bought it for me when she visited Japan. That's probably why I was willing to install a strap that cost almost as much as the watch itself!

    The blue spark was $275

Strap was $159 - peter.watchacc on timezone - search on "Handmade Luxurious Louisiana Alligator & Hornbacks, JV Nubucks & Big Pilot Straps for IWC"

Servicing was $75. Google Mark Sirianni. He's in PA and does a good job. His servicing includes polishing of the case which I've found isn't extremely precise. The next time I use Mark I may choose to just skip the case polishing altogether. With that said, I did mention the polishing to Mark and he promised to watch it carefully next time.
