Polos : Hang or Fold?

i usually hang polos to avoid unsightly creases.

this is the rule of thumb i have:

1) shirts and light sweaters that are to be worn fitted, slim, snug against the body like a tshirt, (has a little elastane) etc., i will usually just fold. the stretch will make the creases disappear.

2) shirts and polos that are not to be worn slim, snug against the body, but a little looser, blousier fit, i will definitely hang.

3) heavy sweaters i fold

i dont use wire or narrow hangers. i have alot of wide wood hangers so i dont have any issues with indentations at the shoulder areas.

I hang them to let them sun dry, and leave them on the clothesline until I need them. Sometimes birds **** on them, leaving strange stains and such, but I just attribute that to sprezzatura.

fold for same reason. hanging is too cumbersome sliding hanger out the bottom....

LMAO. That was too funny. Maybe you can start a new trend. I've seen $300 designer jeans with their handmade distressing and fake paint splatters. There was also a pretty successful artist that used to shove paint up his arse and--for lack of a better term, crap all over some canvas. He sold quite a bit.

I roll t-shirts, but hang polos on wood or plastic hangers. When I roll polos, I always get weird wrinkles in the collar.

I fold 'em, then hit 'em with a bit of the steamer right before I wear. You're really asking for trouble (like shoulders that appear to have little boobies on top) if you leave anything knit on a hanger for too long.
