Made by ECHO (Edgar C Hyman Co) as early as 1984 when they became the exclusive supplier of Polo and Ralph Lauren brand scarves. This scarf was made in Japan of 100% silk. It is golden yellow with navy blue colored Churchill dots. The ends have over 100 painstakingly hand knotted tassels. It is tubular construction, meaning the scarf is made of a single piece of silk and is finished with a hidden hem.
