Ended up going with Colhom, there's some other good fits, but he really mastered that stern look of someone I would trust leaving security to

One note, the poll allows multiple votes to be cast. In fact I could give everyone a vote technically. Surely this is a mistake?

Not a mistake. You’re allowed to vote for everyone you believe deserves a vote.

This style of voting is a called approval voting. It is very useful for choosing a restaurant to eat at. Not so good, maybe, for choosing the best dressed, but presumably ranked voting is unavailable.
