There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I just got this new shirt (http://www.hm.com/us/product/36989?...irts-_-36989&gclid=COLZ8eDJ6csCFUQbgQod-w0L8Q).

What should I wear with this to pull of the casual but confident look? I can work with: dark blue jeans, light blue jeans, bright brown chinos, tan khakis. Also, my work allows me to wear shorts, so I could wear either royal blue or burgundy color shorts. As for shoes, would black penny loafers be ok, or should I stick with light brown seude? Thanks

For the most generic but very acceptable "casual office" look, go with the dark jeans and light brown suede footwear. Or go crazy and get some dark brown suede chukkas.
