Polishing Brushed Leather (Prada Chelsea Boots)

Hello!

I recently purchased a pre-owned pair of Prada Chelsea Boots in a brushed leather. Upon purchasing, I knew the leather was going to need some work, but I have no idea where to start. What products and in what sequence should I polish these?

I'm looking for products that don't have any die in them. I just want to get that original brushed black shine back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I would take them to my cobbler but he unfortunately messed up a pair of YSL Wyatt's I had and am curious to see if I can just do this myself.
