I'm really liking that jacket. I've got a hard-on for roped shoulders.
What is this little "doodad" in the bottom hole. I am seeing them in a lot if this thread.....
That doodad is a pin. It is red coral, a symbol of good luck and the corporate logo for Isaia, the Italian fashion company. It is worn, above, by Isaia employees at a fashion event. Some retailers sell Isaia jackets and suits with the red coral pin.
You have to like it to wear them, but personally i think the are a bit over the top.
I would wear the shit out of that purple roped shoulder SC.
In Neapolitan lore, the red coral (corrallo rosso) is not only good luck, but it helps ward off il malocchio -- the evil eye. In Naples and the Amalfi coast you see red coral symbols all over the place, along with its counterpart - a harlequin/jester representing il malocchio.
Hence Isaia's second line - Corrallorosso.
I love it! You learn something new everyday.....
Tell us something we don't know...
Someone needs to tell me where to kop that jacket.
^^It is Isaia, do a MTM
Think we could hook up a group (2) discount? lol
Why have so many pictures gone missing in this thread? Is there a problem with SF or is PSG removing some of them from Photobucket?
My Photobucket account was over 60 pages. It was hard to find the good stuff so I edited out the weaker pics. There isn't anything wrong with SF.
