Ill try my best to remember the next time I pull it out.
Well, from what I know you dress extremely conservatively, so if you don't have a desire to add a whole lot of color or flair, then stick with what you are doing. If you want to spice it up a little bit, then let me know. I clearly prefer variety.
I hardly make any profit selling those stands, it's all a diabolical scheme to get people to buy more squares: when you have a rack that can hold 100 squares one naturally starts thinking about filling it up.
Worked on me.
Toss, keep, keep, toss...er....ke..no, wait...ahh never mind!
Im sure there are more than a few that are not to everyones taste, but as I have said before, I appreciate creativity in these little silk arts, so some are more for appreciation than function.
A complete noob here so I have some questions. I only have 4 suits in rotation, but sometimes I wear the coat by itself with jeans or other trousers. Suit colors are: khaki, light gray, medium gray Prince of Wale, and navy. With that said, about how many different pocket squares should I acquire to start with? A white one would be a given, but any other suggestions would be helpful.
Also, would it be weird to wear a pocket square to a job interview? I love the look, but fear it might be too much.
I'm not an expert but i think it depends on what kind of interview is it,anyway i won't recommend a silk puffed PS,if you want to wear one go with white linen TV fold.
No PS to an interview.
If you have any doubts whatsoever that wearing one would be weird, then skip it. Focus on a nicely pressed shirt, pants, subtle tie and a great smile. Good luck with the interview.
Spoo is a good example of someone who loves to collect a wide range of colors and styles of pocket squares. He obviously enjoys having a lot them. There are others who have quite a few but comment that they only wear the same few on a regular basis. And, there are others who take pleasure in owning just a few, well edited, choice pocket squares that seem to work anywhere and any time.
Because there are a lot of guys still discovering pocket squares, I have a question for SF. If you had to choose only 8 pocket squares for year round wearing what would they be? Post pics please.
