pocket square recommendation

If I wore this

with a off white shirt, maroon/dark red tie w/ white micro dots

what color pocket square would you guys recommend?

if it matters, I would wear either jet black denim or dark charcoal wool slacks, no belt, and not sure about the shoes yet

when in doubt go for a plain white linen square in a TV fold. Otherwise try to select a PS that will pick up a colour in the tie like white with a maroon edge. Even a nice deep navy blue could work.

since my shirt is off-white...but almost white, i'm assuming it's necessary to find a pocket square that matches that off-white color right?

I like the sports coat and it sounds like a nice colour combo - but wear a belt, please!
