Pocket square color

Hey everyone for my wedding I will be waring a charcole samuelsohn suit with a red paisley neck tie and a white rose boutonniere with a small red spray rose I'm wondering what color pocket square would be best maybe white and red or white and charcole let me know your thoughts attached is the poc of the tie

Hi Dave,

I would opt for a white pocket square as generally the tie and pocket square shouldn't match. You can also never go wrong with a white pocket square.

Second white. Generally when wearing a pocket flower or boutonniere, you risk going way too garish if you have more color at the square.

Ditto, white is the most simple and elegant option. If you chose a white shirt or a tie that contains white in the pattern you’ve incorporated it well. In any case, don‘t take any of those sets of identical ties/cravats and pocket squares. Big beginners mistake ;-)
