• CALLING ON HOME SEWERS TO HELP HEALTHCARE WORKERS FIGHTING COVID-19

The lack of proper masks, gowns, and eyewear equipment is making it difficult for health workers to do their work fighting the novel coronavirus. In a recent New York Times article, medical workers said they were worried about how they can both fight the coronavirus without imperiling themselves, as well as their loved ones when they go back home.

If you are a home sewer, please consider helping my joining Hickey Freman Technical Vice President Jeffery Diduch in his effort to produce and deliver homemade gowns and masks to medical professionals in the greater Rochester, New York Area. Read about how you can help here

I think in some cases it could be interesting, but not with a wacky pattern like these. Too much going on.

I saw one of those brioni pleated ties in a store last year, and it looked awesome, but it was quite plain and in a dark brown.

Also was $300. Yay for canadian retail pricing.

Of course. Just be sure to wear them properly with the pleats facing up (to hold opera tickets).

i like the patterns on those....just not the pleats. I saw them in person when i was visiting family in SLC at Utah Woolen Mills. They do tie a nice knot....if you like thick knots. The one I tried was solid striped....IMHO it would look better with a 3 piece suit...showing too much of it i thought looked...well...too much.

Who came up with these? A professional gift wrapper? Ugh.
