Please recommend a simple all-metal hand shower? Rohl?

Can anyone recommend a simple all metal hand shower?

I prefer a single function unit that can attach to a metal hose that gives a full rain/flood type flow. I want to install it on an antique cast iron tub.

I do not want a complex plastic multi-spray massage thingy, nor do I want one with the little plastic nubs inside the brass. Just clean all metal construction.
