Bought this off the forum a while ago, still need to get it altered. Thoughts?

Obviously, the trousers are too long. What else seems to be off?
The shirt isn't well fitted, the sleeves are a little too long, its just a shirt I wear around the house. Does blue work with the suit though? I'm thinking of wearing this to a Christmas party.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

Pants do look a little big and the rest could definatly use some taking in. Don't button the bottom button on the jacket. I like the blue shirt.

Sleeves look too short, pants too full and jacket too big. With a little work you have a nice suit that I am sure was a good deal.

I am not sure that the coat's sleeves are too short. Your shirt cuffs are too wide and therefore the shirtsleeves come down lower than they should for a classic fit.

Thanks for the ideas. Yep, this was under-$200 and I loved the pattern. Overall, the suit needs to be more fitted. Interesting comment on the sleeve, my shirt sleeves are definitely too long for that one so that might be it but I'll try it with a proper dress shirt and see where it falls out.

The bottom button was just for the picture, I won't wear it out, I promise

It's just a casual j crew shirt, I had it on around the house and didn't bother changing.

I forgot to ask, how is the length of the jacket?
