Do you think the left sleeve could be pitched forward more?

Do you mean because of the prominent pleat in the left sleeve? I am not sure, but I will experiment with it.

Per your advice, I did not show the cut through the body

I think it's a great cut through the body, though some may find it a bit snug.

For the pitch, while wearing the coat, roll your left shoulder forwards and backwards. If the pleat goes away when you roll it backwards, then you need more pitch. Is it possible to see the back of the jacket while you're in the same stance?

The pleat is actually a large pleat from the sleevehead. My body is turned a touch so that the left sleeve is a bit more visible. It doesnt go away. I think that it is one of those no two sleeveheads are the same when put in the way these are.

Here is a pic from the back. Thanks for asking as it gives a really good insight into the actual width of the shoulders. Itis a pretty clean shoulder line IMO. You can also see the blue windowpane a lot better.:

Juding from the front, I would have narrowed the shoulders a bit, now from the back, it just looks like the shoulder line is cut that way and fits prefectly fine.

I don't like low, rounded shoulders though
