Please critique shirt fit

I would like to order a casual and dress shirt from MyTailor. I've posted pics of the best fitting casual and dress shirts I currently own. Please let me know how you think the fit can be approved. My untrained eye would say the following:

Casual: Cuffs - Slightly smaller opening
Shoulders - slightly narrower
Arms - Good length and width
Cut - slightly slimmer in rib area
Length - good

Dress: Cuffs - good, but possibly slightly smaller opening
Shoulders - very slightly narrower
Arms - shorter (how much?) and not so wide since I have skinny arms
Cut - slightly less slim in chest and stomach
Length - good

For both shirts, I plan to get:
Back with split yoke and no pleats
Non-fused collars and cuffs (based upon previous comments saying that fused are very stiff)
Traditional Spread collar (2.75 inch points and 1.75 inch back)

Are the 4mm Mother of Pearl buttons acceptable on a casual shirt? If so, I would get them as well.

Well, I'm certainly not an expert, but to add to your initial list of alterations, I'd suggest that your casual shirt have higher armscyes, and that your dress shirt be a bit tighter in the back.

Those are not working un-tucked. Tucked in, i'm not sure but they seem off. Hopefuly someone more experienced will see this thread and help you.

Could you please elaborate on your respective opinions regarding armscyes. Thanks.

i hope you order one shirt to start with. there will certainly be more changes.

slope the shoulders, try 1/2" to start with.
tighten the cuffs so that do not drop past where you want them to be.
cut for an erect posture.
dont change the armhole until you see what kind of armhole they make.
along with the measurements send the pictures.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what sort of armholes are there to make?

Well it's hard to tell from your picture, really, since your shirt is dark, you're in front of something dark, and the light as more to your back than your front, but it looks (on my monitor anyway) as if you've some fabric dangling from the bottom of your (casual shirt's) armhole, plus some bunching-up at its top. This seems to me like a sign of having armscyes that are too large.

Are the jeans you're wearing in the pics loose in the waist? It looks like they're sitting a bit low on your waist. This might affect the shirt's fit.

I'm no expert, but I don't see a problem with MoP buttons on a casual shirt.

Is there any way you can make one of the tour dates for mytailor? That's been recommended several times here. I was recently measured by Joe in New York and he seemed to do a very thorough job. Waiting eagerly now to see the results. No expert here but the fits you posted do not look good to me at all, maybe best to get some professional, in-person advice.

Edit: I see the OP is in Geneva, why not go somewhere local or hop over to Italy where it's probably cheaper?

I'll be in the US this week and, amazingly, there is a tour stop close to where I'll be. I'll wear the shirts in the pics and bring along the comments you guys provided. Thanks a lot.

Mytailor has an excellent website, spending time on there before you go in can give you a good idea of options and fabrics. Saves a lot of time when you go in.
