It's actually Rugby RL (Made in Italy - Caruso?).

When I get the sleeves shortened I'm going to find out if it's fused/half can/or full canvassed.

I am by no means an expert, but it looks like there is a little surplus material on the back: under the collar, and by your sides. A tailor could solve both problems, by tucking the former under the collar, and by slimming the waist.

Thanks for catching that. I have high shoulders and that's the perennial problem when I buy SCs and suits.

Most likely fused, maybe half canvassed. Definitely not full canvassed.

It says Made In Italy. There is one on the RL website that's similar and says made in the USA, but this one is a little different.
