Hello, I'm going to see Mr. Hemrajani for my 2nd set of shirts tomorrow and I would like some advice on what changes to make from my first shirt. Here are the pics: I think I need the sleeves and waist slimmed down.

I was trying to show how much room there is in the neck here. It's currently 15.5in. Should I ask for 15in? Also, the collar point length is currently 2.75 in. I was thinking of asking for 3.5 in on my BD collars. Would that look too long?

How is the sleeve length and cuff width? I have pretty small wrists.

Do I need higher armholes? Not sure how to judge this.

Thanks for the help.

I believe the yoke extends slightly beyond your shoulders. Be sure and have them add the difference to the sleeves so this does not shorten them.

While sitting, see how much extra fabric can be removed from the waist. It appears slightly large as well.

Test for collar size - put on a tie, and tie a four in hand. If your collar begins to buckle because of trying to tighten up (to compensate for extra space around the neck), it is too big. If you can tighten it comfortably, and the collar stays comfortably flush to your neck, it is fine.

By "yoke extends slightly beyond your shoulders," do you mean that the shoulders are too wide? I'm guessing the yoke is the top back part of the shirt.
