Pleas help ID Bally Casual shoes

Hello SF. I recently bought these Bally casual shoes, and I need some help ID them.

Rutger Made in Italy NY 12D 7E is written on the toungue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My confusion arises, because I don't peg these for a Bally shoe. They are so unusual.
