Board favourite P.Lal will be stocking Saphir products soon:

"We're now in a position to stock Louis XIII's Saphir shoe care products.

We estimate the Pate de luxe will be in the region of M$20, about US$5.50
before shipping, the Crème Surfine and Crème de luxe will be about M$30
(about US$8.50) before shipping charges are included.

If there's any product you want me to stock, please let me know.

You can view some of the products here, www.plal.com/saphir.htm - it's only
partially ready. I will be able to scan all pages in the catalogue latest by
Tuesday morning US time."

Franco's also carries Saphir polish and has shipped me several tins in the last few weeks. Michael has been especially helpful with color selection.

What is Franco's price and shipping? I've wanted to try Saphir for awhile now.

Awesome, I'm going to stock up myself. Let's figure out whether Franco's or Plal will be cheaper.

As I recall, the large tins (100 ml) were $7.50/each and shipping for 8 tins combined was an additional $5.

I'm not sure what size Plal's tins are, though.
