Plal new site

Has anyone else seen Plal's new site? Why am I too tired/dumb to find the prices? I can still find them by clicking to the old site, I guess, but shouldn't they be on the main page? (I love their prices so much that any little change makes me worried they're planning to raise them.)

I couldn't find the prices on the new site either. I had to email them to ask. Much less convenient now.

Go to the page displaying the various models i e Oxfords,Monks etc.Then place the cursor over the shoe,after a few secondsthe price will appear on the screen.

When I looked at the new site, it seemed to be showing the 2008 catalogue and not the 2009? I was interested in the Edgware which wasn't in 2008.

The old site had a link to the 2008 / 09 catalogue, but it doesn't seem to be working now. I will use this confusion and opportunity to not spend more on C&J's for a while.

I am sure it's still being offered -> you just have to email them and ask. I had the same problem as I wanted to order the Selbourne which is currently not showing on their new website.

Just curious, is the reason they didn't list the price in the latest website a preemptive measure to revise the prices down given the weakness in the pound?

I don't think it's anything to do with revising the prices, more trying to create a flashy website without any thought into the end user experience.

Again- they DO list the price- just point your mouse over any picture of a shoe and the price pops up.

For example. Point at the Audley and you'll see it's $M1499.

They're obviously still in the process of changing stuff, because at the moment there's no link to the old site, and there still aren't any of the new models (like the Selbourne). As suggested above, good time to wait a bit, I guess.

I asked about the Edgeware since it wasn't listed. Plal has it for approx $330+shipping Pediwear has the same shoe for $309+shipping. Just FYI in case you were looking for the same thing.

Is Plal shipping shoes on time or is there a backlog?I heard that pediwear is taking a long time to ship,it might be worth ordering from plal for a small premium.
