places to go in Anaheim ?

convention this weekend. Too old for Disney stuff, suggestions?

they used to have this really great korean-owned teriyaki place next to this drive thru car wash on Ball Rd.
i think it's boarded up and closed down now.

What are you looking for? Bars Id go to Fullerton or huntington beach. Shopping Id go down to costa mesa and the south coast mall.

Orange county sucks. All strip malls and housing developments. Its pretty sad.

my mom used to have a chinese grocery in anaheim when we lived in the hills
there was a cookie shop a few doors down --- i remember the cookies being pretty good
try the chocolate chip

this was ~ 1982

If you've never been to the California Adventure park on the Disney complex, it's worth seeing once . The gate is across from the original Disneyland park gate off Downtown Disney.

Hahaha, I'm 5 minutes away and I only ever go there to go to The Pond (Honda Center but I like when it was called The Pond better) and Angel Stadium. The Islands driving range is pretty cool for what it is but i can't really think of anything else there either.

There is nothing good to do in Anaheim. I'd just drive 20 minutes south to Newport or even further to Laguna.

However, there was a good strip club we went to after an Angels game. It was about 5 or so miles from the stadium off the 5 freeway.

I'd stay away from HB as well unless you're into tat's, pits, chain wallets & an occasional Neo Nazi.

I'd have to say +1 about going to LA
