Well, yeah, but who's the maker? I've never seen peccary in that color.

No idea. Found them brand new in a vintage/thrift shop, no labels.

The more, the merrier, eh? Seeing as cashmere-lined Dents run about $400 for the peccary pairs, I'd be counting my lucky stars if I were you, especially since the construction looks really solid.

I have an unlined custom horse hide leather jacket for the same reason that I imagine people purchase unlined gloves: They will fit better than anything with a liner (if the fit is correct of course) and the way they break in will be exactly to your natural creases. In addition, they are worn in less extreme conditions.

I'm waiting for my two custom peccary gloves (one in dark tan with an orange lining and one in black with a purple lining) to some in. They shipped a week ago so I should be getting them any time now.

That isn't real Peccary, I bet you the $10 you spent on them.

Indeed. Seems odd that someone would go to the trouble of crafting gloves with quirks out of fake peccary.

Concur, seems more work than it's worth.
Looks harder than stamping a Crocodile pattern. Which is more in demand likely.

unnamed player could be right. I dunno. I still like them though; they fit me better than the Dent's peccaries : )
I've seen fake peccary by ChesterJ. but those were nothing like these.
Not saying they are, not saying they aren't.

Mr Monty's pair look more like carpincho/capybara than peccary to me btw. Not that I'm an expert.
They look awesome none the less though!

Got these for $55 at a local store. Chocolate brown and rabbit lined. I think it's good value
