I think it would look great with two patch pockets and a welt breast. The 3-patch might be pushing it with a DB.

Talking of 4x2 and 4x1, I'm wondering about this one:




It looks like a pretty usual 4x2 (as far as 4x2 and "usual" go together), but I kind of like the arc in the front, it seems to break some of the boxiness. Overall I like it. (Though I'm not a fan of horn buttons on blazers, it's not trad enough. XD)

Do you think it would work if the lapel rolled down lower and it was buttoned as a 4x1? Also, I feel the peak lapels should be a tad more pronounced.
