There was some interest shown in this Frank Foster of London shirt in the folded-up thread so here are a few more detailed photos. The fabric is an ecru Sea Island Cotton.

    Beautiful, beautiful shirt.

Does Mr Foster really require a minimum order of 6 shirts with payment upfront? This is one of the reasons I have still not tried him out yet.

    That's a beautiful shirt though.

I'm probably missing something here but it seems like there's a whole lot of puckering going on in this shirt.

Thank you but it was an eBay find. I'm not that fanatical about ironing FC shirts since they will always be under a jacket so I tend not to spend much time on the seams, only the front, cuffs, and collar.

Bumping this old thread, as I just scored three Frank Foster shirts on ebay and am awaiting arrival.

Does anyone have recent experience with Frank Foster? There is a website with a list of old clients - some are long dead - so Mr. Foster must be up there in years.

Shop location is 40 Pall Mall - but google streetview shows that address is and architects office.

    Thanks for any info,

    Happy Christmas!!!!

    Great article. Thank you.

Really surprising there isn't more chatter about this guy. I hope to stop in and take a look at his shop next week.

    Cheers, st.tully

You won't find a nicer person than Frank. A very genuine and kind man.

Anyway, here's one to give you an idea of my depraved world. Sorry no pics of my wearing them. I'm simply too shy.
