Phil Burbank's coat in The Power of the Dog

Does anyone know where I might find a coat like the one Benedict Cumberbatch wears as Phil Burbank in The Power of the Dog? I've included a photo for reference.

It seems fairly basic but includes a number of features that I've had trouble finding: snap button closure, single breast pocket, that particular kind of hip pocket, and the slight cutaway above the hips.

The film is a period story (1920s) so the costumer likely created or customized the jacket. A close modern equivalent might be any of several waxed Barbour coats.
