Can't read that name without thinking, "You're motoring. What's your price for flight, and finding Mister Right?"

Peter Christian moleskin trousers are good quality. Used to have special offers in 'Private Eye'.

Other items can often be found cheaper on eBay. Some of their stuff is very fogeyish.

An interesting development on their website is a series of You Tube videos by someone calling himself Major Hoad. Tips on various matters of interest to i-gents, including 'How to wear a monocle'. Peter Christian sell monocles too.

What type of person wears a monocle these days ? What type of person buys a monocle in a clothes shop ?

They used to offer moleskin trousers in Private Eye?!

That's reason enough to buy them, surely?

Just got a pair of cord trousers. I love them. Quality and cut are perfect. It’s very difficult to find single pleated high rise trousers that are not baggy. These are a perfect straight fit. Not really full cut. I will definitely buy more from them. I’m already looking at their donegal and chino trousers. Anyone have experience with their chinos? From the reviews they say they are a thin fabric. I wonder how thin.

Just too add I was expecting a brand like this to be very full cut like a bills khakis m1. The trousers are no like that at all. They are cut perfectly in my opinion. Just what I was looking for.

Love PC pants.

Mid-rise, tapered cuts, and a great value.

Never bought from them, always struck me as being aimed at middle-aged Telegraph readers who wore whatever their wives mail-ordered for them. The marketing is uber cringe.

Well that's unfortunate.

I enjoy the catalogues I get in the mail that don't take themselves too seriously.

I was skeptical too and still don’t like the style of many of their other items but the pants are surprisingly very good.

Have a pair of flannel trousers (with a small amount of cashmere). A couple of features I'm not a fan of, like the zipped back pocket (one is zipped and one is buttoned). Nonetheless I'd probably buy again. They did require some slimming for me to come anywhere near wearable, but nonetheless I'd probably buy again as winter trousers are not easy to come by in Australia at that price (shipping was reasonable).
