Peter Christian - AVOID! Terrible customer service

Peter Christian should be avoided at all costs! I ordered a pair of Loake Chester shoes after spending a long time deciding upon which shoe to go for. I even trawled various gentleman's outfitters of London to try on several shoes.

I ordered the shoes and received and automated reply from peterchristian.co.uk the following day stating that the shoes were out of stock even though their website said they were in stock. Secondly the automated email I got contained only an attachment - dated 28 January 2010 - I ordered the shoes in May 2010!!

The shoes have still not arrived even though I have called Peter Christian several times to chase the order.

To avoid disappointment do not be drawn in by the low price offered on their website as the service is also cheap!

You tried on shoes in real stores to find a pair you wanted to order on-line? And now, you can't get the on-line shoes?

So you ordered them online, they said the shoes were out of stock and you are mad they have not arrived yet? Am I missing something?
