Persol Tragedy

I found this morning that my Persol lenses were cracked. I want a new pair.

here is the issue: I can't really get back to the place where I got them, but I can order them online.


on the inside it says

2832-S (I assume this is the model number)

Followed by: 95/58 ( I assume this is the color).

then
"55☐16 140 3P". I also have no idea what this means.

How an I learn my size?

Also, my friend offered to get me a pair of wayfarers because she has a discount. Based on the above, how can I figure out my size to tell her which to get?

55 is the distance between the center of each lens. 16 is the bridge and 140 is the length of the ear piece.

55 (the number before the square) is actually the width of the lens.
