One of the Milan spin-offs was bought by a RTW operation. Sartoria Domenico Caraceni by Gianni Campagna I believe.

If you run a search you'll find some of my old posts on this subject. As strange as it sounds there actually seems to be some truth to it. I have several of these suits and the cut is very distinctive.

Here's a link to a bespoke Gianni Campagna that sartoriale has been trying to sell for a while. I'll let others be the judge whether the silhouette is similar.

Well, I have been reading through a lot of his auctions and the amount of misinformation on there is staggering. Not that it really matters, but he owes it to the customer to get his facts straight.
