If you're going to use a super wide angle lens can you at least stand a little further away from the subject and crop down so the distortion doesn't destroy the proportions?? It looks like you're using ~12mm on a DSLR and it doesn't do you any favours. Either that or use a >24mm lens if you don't want to crop.

He does look like he's trying too hard. I don't like the bag at all.

I really hate skinny lapels and super short jackets, it throws everything out of wack.

Provided that there is no camera tricks, and that the picture represent how this guy actually looks, then yes, his head does look abnormally large.

This is all the more reason why the super slim fitted look, which is all the rage, cannot be for everyone. Proportions are important, and for someone with already a big head, a more generous shoulder size is needed to balance out the look. For example, Cary Grant has a big head, and he wears pronounced-shoulder jackets to achieve balance. He is a style icon; the guy in the linked picture, not so much.

Yes, as lee_ said

Big head, skinny lapel, slim fit suit, big wayfarers = even bigger looking head

I've always made fun of him for that.
