Factory shops are a good source of seconds, and I have a few pairs bought from the Crockett & Jones factory, which at around £80-100 a pair are a real steal.
Would you know if purchases from the factory shop are possible on phone or through email, that is without actually visiting the factory shop physically in person?

Yes, it is possible. Despite having visited the shop a few times, all my purchases have been over the phone.

They will do this for UK based customers only I think.
