1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

^^ how big is that lobe and how much do you pay?

I've seen lobes from $55 to 110 plus, all advertised as top quality. Any rec's? And weighing "1-1.5" lbs

    I think I pay around $10 for 2 oz's locally

While my favorite food on Earth, it's not a difficult thing to cook. From this:

    is pretty easy!

    I paid $17.99/lb last night.
That's about what they go for at the Whole Foods in my neck of the woods.

Believe it or not, someone gifts those lobes to me. Hudson Valley, top quality, think about $150'ish each.

K, there was two pieces there, and if you plan to eat much more at a meal, those are plenty big enough. Foie is sooo rich and filling. I've done a double portion before, and it's really just overkill and ruins the rest of your meal.

    Moderation.
